    LT, Store Manager & Lead Barista

    LT is the face of Sweet n Chill’s daily operations. As Store Manager, he oversees front-of-house performance, trains new team members, maintains product consistency, and ensures that every guest feels welcomed. His upbeat personality, strong work ethic, and ability to lead by example make him a team favorite.
